MONDAYS: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM, 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM
TUESDAYS 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
COST: £11 PER CLASS PAY AS YOU GO
Our network in-person classes are a fun, energetic way to learn the Pilates method of exercise. They will help improve your strength, balance, mobility and muscle tone. There is a focus on improving core strength and flexibility as well as practising some functional movement.
They are mixed abilities classes with layered exercises so everyone can work to their strengths and modifications are always given.
